Susan Anubi was a stressed and broken child following the death of her parent. The loss left her deeply shaken, desperate for care, support, shelter, and education.
In her grief, Susan became visibly frail and underweight, her appearance reflecting the lack of meals and emotional strain she endured. The shock of her circumstances affected her well-being, and she was in urgent need of medical attention and counseling.
After her parent’s passing, Susan stopped attending school, as there was no one to provide for her needs or ensure her education continued.
A good Samaritan, moved by her condition, referred her case to Shiphrah Centre, where she was received with love and support. At the Centre, she was given not only food and shelter but also the chance to continue her education and begin the long journey of healing.
