Brandon Njoroge

Brandon Njoroge’s early life was marked by pain, neglect, and sickness. When he was found, he appeared tired, underfed, and stressed, his small body showing the effects of severe neglect. His skin was rough, and his condition was further complicated by swollen genitals, which required urgent medical attention.

Brandon’s mother was struggling with mental illness and could not care for him or his siblings. His case was first referred to Mary Faith Hospital, where he received medical care, and later to Nairobi Women’s Hospital for specialized treatment.

The Riruta Police Station intervened to ensure his safety and protection. Brandon, together with his siblings—Jayden Kamau and Sarah Yvonne Wacera—was placed at Mary Faith Children’s Centre for continued care and shelter.

Though his start in life was filled with hardship, Brandon was finally given the chance to recover in a safe environment. Alongside his brother and sister, he began to receive proper nutrition, medical care, and the emotional support needed to heal from his traumatic beginnings.

Today, Brandon’s story stands as a reminder of the importance of intervention and compassion. From sickness and neglect, he and his siblings were rescued into care, where they now have hope for a brighter and healthier future.
